The Creative Industries Fund NL is the Dutch cultural fund for design, architecture, digital culture and every imaginable crossover. We are one of the six national cultural funds and support special and innovative projects and activities of designers, makers and cultural institutions in the creative industry.
Frequently asked questions
You can apply for funding via grant schemes or open calls. With our schemes, you can apply for a grant for a project. As an applicant, you determine the theme, questions, structure, methodology and which partners you will involve in your project.
We issue open calls in order to place specific tasks on the agenda and to involve designers in these current tasks within and outside the creative industry. Through open calls we also enable participation in (international) events and professionalization programmes for designers and makers.
When you are in doubt about which grant your project qualifies for, check out the overview of subsidies first. For more information or advice on applications, please contact the staff members of the various grant schemes by email or telephone. In consultation with them it can be determined whether an appointment is necessary and if so, with which employee.

The Creative Industries Fund NL is open from Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
Applications can be submitted 24 hours a day through the application environment. Please keep in mind the deadline of the grant scheme or open call for which you want to submit an application.
