Innovationlabs is getting a follow-up!

30 June 2022

The Innovationlabs programme gives an impulse to the development of useful knowledge and new working methods that will help the cultural and creative sector to become more agile and resilient in the longer term. On Friday 8 July 2022, the Creative Industries Fund NL and CLICKNL will launch the Open Call Innovationlabs #2. This call is intended for makers, cultural institutions and other creative parties who want to work on innovation in the sector through in-depth research or experimentation.

State Secretary Uslu is giving Innovationlabs a follow-up because the programme contributes to a sustainable recovery of the cultural and creative sector. After a first open call that yielded an overwhelming number of proposals in September 2021, a second budget has been made available. The programme is financed from the recovery plan for the cultural sector.

You can find the Open Call #2 on innovatielabs.org from Friday 8 July 2022. The closing date for applications is Wednesday 5 October 2022.

Online Q&A

On Wednesday 20 July, from 15:30 to 17:00, the Creative Industries Fund NL and CLICKNL are organizing an online Q&A session about the Open Call Innovationlabs #2. Project leader Eva Roolker will answer pre-submitted questions and discuss practical matters, including the application and selection procedure. You can register via this link.

The first sixteen projects have started at the beginning of 2022. In addition to implementing their plans, the Innovationlabs initiatives also work together to share their knowledge and insights.
