Matchmaking event for ADRIE consortiums

On Wednesday, 28 January 2026, from 13:00 to 17:30, the Creative Industries Fund NL, in collaboration with CIIIC, is organising a matchmaking event as part of the Artistic & Design Research for Immersive Experiences (ADRIE) Grant Scheme, for which application round 2A will open in spring 2026. This grant scheme is aimed at newly forming consortiums of makers, producers, institutions, and researchers. Please register for this event no later than 6 January 2026.

The matchmaking event is intended to bring together parties that fall within the target group of the ADRIE grant scheme, allowing them to get to know each other and initiate the formation or expansion of collaborative partnerships. Together, the parties within a consortium can contribute to the development and innovation of the Dutch immersive experiences (IX) sector. The consortiums must place artistic and design-led research at the heart of the development and application of immersive experiences.

The event, which will take place in Utrecht, will consist of a plenary session and a matchmaking session. During the plenary session, grant specialists from the Creative Industries Fund NL will provide an explanation of the ADRIE grant scheme. Programme Director Heleen Rouw will also discuss the broader opportunities within the Creative Industries Immersive Impact Coalition (CIIIC). The matchmaking session will feature several discussion tables prepared on the basis of pre-submitted themes.
