Take part in our Fair Practice survey

As a national cultural fund, the Creative Industries Fund NL asks applicants to comply with the Fair Practice Code. We would like to hear from you about how you experience the Fair Practice Code in practice. What do you run up against when applying this code in your applications? And what is going well? What does fair pay mean to you? And how can the Fund contribute to a fair sector?

Completion takes about five minutes and is anonymous. Would you be open to a short follow-up interview about your experiences? If so, you can leave your contact details at the end.

context

The Fair Practice Code has been helping makers and organisations to create fair employment relationships in the creative sector since 2017. It is a code of conduct for entrepreneurship and working in art, culture and the creative industry based on five core values: solidarity, diversity, sustainability, trust and transparency. The Fund subscribes to the values of the Fair Practice Code and scrutinises to see whether the code is being applied in project applications. The extent to which this is done depends on the grant scheme.

With this survey, we are kicking off a larger study into fair pay within the Creative Industries Fund NL. Any questions? If so, please contact Fair Practice Specialist Anne Hendriks at fairpractice@stimuleringsfonds.nl.
