New Procedures in Collaboration with Embassies Abroad

At the end of 2025, the Creative Industries Fund NL is launching new grant procedures in close collaboration with Dutch embassies and consulates abroad.

20 November 2025

With these procedures, the embassies in the 24 partner countries of the International Cultural Policy are encouraged by the Fund to put forward projects in which foreign institutions collaborate with the Dutch design field. This can lead to, for example, an exhibition, symposium or festival by the Dutch party, in collaboration with a partner in the country concerned. By supporting these types of presentations, the Fund and the embassies aim to strengthen the international position of the Dutch design field and creative exchange. Projects must align with the cultural agenda of the Dutch embassy.

The partner countries are:

  • Africa: Egypt, Ghana, Morocco and South Africa;
  • Asia/Oceania: Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Sri Lanka and South Korea;
  • Europe: Belgium, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom;
  • North and South America: Brazil, Suriname and the United States

Questions about these procedures? Contact us via internationalisering@stimuleringsfonds.nl. Please note that applications can only be submitted with the cooperation of one of the above-mentioned Dutch embassies.
