Sondi | Sondi

Sondi graduated from the Sandberg Institute in 2023 (MA Blacker Blackness). Her practice operates at the intersection of design and digital culture. With game design and interactive media, Sondi explores how technology can be reshaped through alternative mechanisms and ecological approaches. She is involved with digital spaces, diasporic identities and radical imagination to challenge dominant narratives.

During her development year, Sondi is exploring the integration of ecological principles into her practice. She is also organising discussions on alternative gaming practices, to build an online and offline community around her work. The development year will result in prototypes that will be published online, and a physical manual on alternative game design. In this way, through video games, performances, installations, participatory experiences and digital experiments, Sondi is pursuing new inclusive and radical ways of interaction.
